MABUHAY as we say in the Philippines or Welcome to Pearl Dragon’s 2010 Catalog. We that all of you who weathered 2009 with us and look forward to a brighter year! It continues to be our goal to preserve Nature’s Art for the Home. For our first time customers we look forward to working with you and we know that our artisans have once again provided us with products that are both inspiring and useful.

Paula Perrine and I, Therese Foley, are sisters born and raised in the Philippines. Paula resides there and works hand-in-hand with our artists. We formed our company for two main reasons; for years our friends and family have admired the Philippine products that we use in our homes, on our tables and on our walls; and we have cherished the hand-crafted treasures that our artisans create. Now we are the proud owners of a company that brings these incredible items to you and to your clients.

Our main mission is simple: to offer the highest quality products inspired by the items found on Philippine soil and in Philippine seas. We are conscious of environmental preservation and do not use any endangered raw material. All our wood comes from reforestation plantations, our shell from farms and our reclaimed Capiz from the discards of already made products. We help sustain the livelihood of our artisans who have the skill and the talent to hand craft these wonderful items. Some of our products are deeply personal - such as our Abaca Mats. These are made by the indigenous tribes of Mindanao - our birthplace.

It is this personal collaboration with you and our craftsmen that we have to thank for our sound progress. In spite of our growth, many aspects of our business will not change. As part of our continued personalized service you will still be speaking to me our my daughter, Daniela. Our company is based in Miami, Florida.
